Sealed tenders are invited from the Govt. / Semi Govt. approved Supplied contractors who are registered / enlisted for the year 2016-17 in any Govt. / Semi Govt. Department )proof must be provided) for the above mentioned supply so as to reach the Assistant Director (Admin-II) OPF on Monday, 24th April, 2017 at 1200 hours.
The earnest money required to be deposited with the tender shall be 2% of total bid amount in the form of pay order / deposit at call issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan in favour of OPF.
The OPF reserves the right to accept in part or whole or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason and is not bound to accept the lowest tender.
Interested firms may obtain the complete specifications / tender documents against a payment of Rs. 500/- which is non-refundable on presentation of complete documents, from the office of the Assistant Director (Admin-II) OPF, Islamabad. No tender shall be issued on the day fixed for opening of the same.
The tender will be opened on the same day at 1230 in the office of Chairman, Central Purchase Committee in the presence of bidders or their representatives who may like to be present.
The tender security of the successful tenderer upon execution of the contract concerning the work will be released upon completion of the contract period.
The tender Security of unsuccessful bidder shall be released within 120 days of opening of tender.
